Where do our raw materials come from?

Our hay is mainly harvested locally, sun-air dried and, before being released for production, chemically analyzed and microbiologically tested by an external laboratory.

Grain

We only process grain of German origin. Our carefully selected suppliers have set up a quality management system that enables us to trace the quality of the raw materials used in OMENTO at any time. All components are cleaned and chemically analyzed before we process them into animal feed.

supplementary feed

A large proportion of vitamins, minerals and electrolytes are already present in our raw materials. However, if the result of the chemical analysis shows that one of these components is not present in sufficient quantities, we add it. This way we can guarantee a consistent nutrient content in all finished products.

All of our raw materials are of European origin. This means that we do not process any goods from China (such as rice bran) or the USA (such as genetically modified soy).
